ABMA Members should use the email address registered with ABMA to login. Attendees and On-Demand can login with their conference registered email address. You can use the Reset password link on the login page to have a new password set if you haven't set it yet or to change it if you don't remember it. Use the Contact link above if you have any issues.

What is included in the Institutional Membership?
Institutional Members have full access to all content included in our Member Content section. This includes every conference we have covered since 2011.
Is the FTE count for the Institutional membership based on our entire facility or just our Animal Care staff?
To best determine the size of your facility, the FTE breakdown is determined by the number of Full Time Employees in the entire institution not just the animal care staff.
How do I setup the Institutional Membership?
Institutions will need to designate a liaison and contact us at support@animalprofessional.com to discuss payment options.
Once a payment option has been established, have your IT team create the email account, animalprofessional.com@<your institution's domain name> and have the liaison be the owner of that mailbox. we will then register that account in our system to be used by your institution.
What if I already purchased a discounted Group Membership for my Institution?
Contact support@animalprofessional.com. We will create your new Institutional Membership and subtract what you have already paid from the cost of the new membership.
