Lake Victoria: Africa’s Inland Sea is a brief look at a remarkable lake in East Africa called Nam Lolwe by the Luo and Nalubale by the Luganda people. They are just some of the many people working together to assure the lake and its resources remain the life sustaining forces they have been for the earlier part of their history. The ideas expressed in this book are the collected wisdom of many individuals both from Africa and the international community of scientists.
